Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to use of Ezelogs websites, applications, APIs, and related services. It complements our Terms & Conditions.
Permitted use
Use Ezelogs for lawful construction project delivery, estimating, field, financial, compliance, and decision-intelligence workflows authorized for your tenant.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to access another tenant's data or circumvent access controls.
- Uploading malware, scraping at abusive rates, or disrupting service availability.
- Using the service to violate law, export controls, or third-party intellectual property.
- Misrepresenting AI output as certified professional opinion or as Ezelogs warranty.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service except as expressly permitted in writing.
Enforcement
Ezelogs may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations, investigate suspected abuse, and cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse to security@ezelogs.com.
