AI Usage Policy

This policy describes how artificial intelligence is offered inside the Ezelogs Construction Industry Intelligence™ platform and related EzelogsGPT experiences.

Advisory use

AI assists analysis, summarization, estimation support, compliance prompts, and decision preparation. AI output is advisory. It does not replace licensed professional judgment, contractual approval, or safety authority.

Customer responsibilities

• Verify material AI outputs before relying on them for bids, contracts, or field action.
• Do not submit secrets, unnecessary personal data, or third-party confidential information into prompts.
• Use AI in accordance with applicable law, project contracts, and your organization's policies.

Platform limits (CII-1.0)

Autonomous write-back of AI decisions into systems of record is not a certified general capability. AI availability may depend on tenant configuration and provider posture. See the AI Guide and Release Notes.

External GPT experiences

Public EzelogsGPT listings (for example via ChatGPT) are discovery and education channels. Platform authentication, tenant data, and project systems of record remain inside Ezelogs when you sign in to the application.
