Administrator Guide
Tenant administration for users, roles, workspaces, and operational posture.
Scope
This guide covers administration surfaces certified under Enterprise Readiness ERP-01 for Ezelogs Construction Industry Intelligence™.
Administrators manage users, roles, project access, and security/compliance workspaces available in the certified product. Feature-flag consoles, tenant API-key rotation UIs, and MFA administration consoles are not productized in CII-1.0 and are not described as available.
Getting started
Sign in at app.ezelogs.com with an administrator account.
Open Platform Administration (or equivalent admin workspace) to invite users, assign roles, and review access.
Confirm the correct tenant and project context before changing membership or permissions.
Users and roles
Invite users by email and assign roles appropriate to their job function.
Use remove/restore flows where available; treat destructive permanent delete as a controlled operations action.
Verify RBAC after role changes by having the user sign in and open a restricted workspace.
Operational notes
AI provider and emergency disablement may be controlled via deployment flags and runbooks—not a self-service feature-flag UI.
Backup, restore, and disaster recovery are operational procedures (see Production Operations / support), not a customer self-service console in CII-1.0.
